Of all the weight-loss web sites I have visited, this was the easiest to follow, and although I didn’t lose weight quickly, I lost it consistently. If you’re looking for a way to lose weight fast, this is not the plan for you.
However, you must remember slow weight loss means long-term weight loss. I still have about twenty more pounds to lose, but there has not been a week when I haven’t lost at least two pounds, which is great for me. I have more energy now, can move without pain most days, and I don’t have problems with my back any longer.
I’ll soon be 52, and I feel better now than I did when I turned 40 because I’m able to exercise regularly and am eating low-fat healthy foods. And thanks to Dean Tornabene’s Lookcut.com, I feel more trimmer, and thinner than I was before. I like the web site so much.
